Then back in 2004 or 2005 when i was a student i had a friend that brought me into club football. Every weekend i came to visit him he was watching EPL. That guy supported Liverpool, Arsenal and ManU (guess he likes red color lol). So i needed some club that can dissapoint him. Chelsea was an obvious choice so i started to root for the blues just to make my friend angry haha

As for foreign leagues, I have a mild distaste for some clubs and I like some other clubs, but I mostly like clubs where players play that I like (ex-Ajax and/or Dutch players and Messi).

Yeah, it's just that there's no real story of inspiration, since the quality in here is what it is. HJK just won their 6th FC in a row, but struggles against foreign teams just as much as the national team. Last night left me very optimistic though.

Come on CIty. edit 1: god fucking dam we look poor out muscled and out worked by a non-league team and concede a really soft goal at the front post from a corner. I worked out why this game is on the telly. They knew they would get an upset with us, LOL. edit 2: brave goal keeping at both ends keeps the score at 1:0 edit 3: God dam we suck. But I guess that's why a lot of people don't support their local team edit 4: We need goal line technology, surely that was in? Ref says no, Warrington fans suspiciously quiet behind the goal. edit 5: You can see the difference in fitness between the Warrington and Exeter players. Some of the Warrington players look physically broken some of them are basically limping, they have nothing left to give. Our players as professionals look fine. But Warrington are still 1:0 up. Fair play to Warrington they are giving their everything here. edit 6: Robbie Savage's commentary is awful edit 7: We have a shot saved of the line again. I know its pathetic that we are losing to a none league team but I'm so happy and excited to just see my club on the telly again and such an exciting game. edit 8: Again the keeper makes a great save. Block after block save after save, we just can't bust through this spirited Warrington defence. edit 9: Utter bullshit, we're the first team out of the FA cup. In all seriousness we played pretty good in the second half attack after attack really going for it. Just couldn't get it through those impressive Warrington fortifications.

Although I used to play with a guy who later on ended up playing for them, and I interviewed one of their players for the school newspaper when I was a kid, and I also took part of some rosenborg football academy when I was 10 or so, so I guess I have reasons beyond that.

I really thought Rodgers was going to be a good manager after watching last season but guess that was all Suarez's magic. : D

Pretty exciting day in that league actuall. We have Middlesbrough Vs Bournemouth and Forrest Vs Norwich too. edit: Also Ipswich vs Watford, missed that one. All the top teams (at the moment) playing each other edit 2: Derby are 2 up against Wolves now.
