Sorry Pande couldn't help myself Still funny how few countries of the British Empire are even interested in football, let alone decent in it.

Its interesting hearing Jamie Carragher lay into Cesc Fabregas' defensive performance against Swansea on Saturday. I must say I hadn't really spotted any of the stuff he's talking about. Apparently Fabregas runs around like a mad man hunting the ball continuously and as a result gets himself repeatedly out of position and creates huge spaces behind the midfield. Apparently Manchester City will eat Chelsea alive next week if this happens again.
I'm really not informed enough to comment on whether Carragher has a point or not. Fabregas has certainly had a hugely positive effect on Chelsea going forward and played some beautiful passes through to Costa. But is he also making Chelsea defensively weaker and does this out way the attacking threat he brings. I have no idea, I doubt it. Chelsea’s main problem was breaking teams down last year. If his defensive play really does become a big problem maybe don’t play him against the big teams. But he’s going to be so vital to breaking down the vast majority of teams that are going to set up hugely defensively against Chelsea.

You will see Chelsea's defensive prowess back to Man City or to an extent anyway. But if you really didn't expect that from Fabregas then your forgetting where he has played the last 2 years of his football.
Thats why if you saw we went 4-3-3 in the second half and walked it, Ramires came on and Fabregas is pushed forward and Oscar outwide. That is more than likely how we will line up in the "big games" with a 4-3-3. Ramires Matic and Cesc in front. With Oscar probably pushing out wide. Or we might go 4-2-3-1 and play Matic and Fabregas and just keep the ball better.
Also Costa coming in adds more defensive statue to us and more threat. There is also an idea Mourinho wants to play this way anyway, make Matic the Makele player and push forward more. Who knows though, we will find out in the biggest game so far against Man City.
But to say we are going to get eaten alive by a midfield that was "dominated" by Arsenal at the weekend is fucking stupid lol.

Ouch, wonder what it is with the Portuguese and Spanish how they made their colonies care so much about football.

Post Chelsea game analysis should be done by Panda and Jamie Carragher together. I’d watch that, especially if an argument broke out. Pass the pop corn.
By the way as a neutral to me Chelsea scoring more and been slightly defensively weaker would be great ^^.
I may have to retire my neutral jersey and start anti supporting Chelsea if they start to walk it this year though. I just want to see a close title race with as many teams as possible involved. Liverpool and Arsenal I’m looking at you, pull you’re shit together.

Carragher is stupid though when he talks about Chelsea and Liverpool. Anyone else no worries i can listen to that. I mean Neville i thought would be worst but he is fine, he has been open about how shite yanited been last 2 years now (even end of Fergie era). Carragher not so much t.t
I do know what he is saying, but to make a big fuss over Fabregas not being a defensive midfielder and being weak positional wise is just something anyone with a slight clue about football could see. But it will be addressed and pretty quickly, this is Mourinho in charge not someone else. Also Chelsea haven't played a big team yet, the argument is invalid when we line up 4-3-3 vs City with Ramires Matic and Cesc in the midfield lol.
But yeah i rage to much when i see his comments

Apparently barca has decided to change the name of the training ground facility in honour of Tito Vilanova. nice gesture

you only get 1 transfer a week usable for that week only. you cannot carry over transfers you did not use.

Actually you can. The limit is 2 though.
