Also it is plain to see that Emperor Stern organized this whole thing years ago, the Big Three in Miami, all the #1 picks for Cleveland, and then LeBron coming back. Stern is an evil mastermind. NBA just made a lot of money selling new merchandise. All the Cavs fans will now have to buy a new Lebron jersey to replace the ones they burned. All the Heat fans will now have to buy a new Cavs Lebron jersey as they jump on that bandwagon.

I just realized...this is going to mean major changes to ESPN. Will there be a Cav-Check? Did Brian Windshorst scream FUCK MY ASS when he heard the news? He had just bought a pair of bitchin Bermuda shorts. Now he has to go back to Cleveland.

Like get him to say "yeah I'll join you guys for x years/y million" We only dumped Asik and Lin. We took the Asik deal because we got a good pick out of it (NOP's first round, 1-3 and 21-30 protected). Lin's deal on the other hand... Morey got a little too excited there. We already had a deal in place for Lin, a second round pick, and another guy to Philly, but I don't know why Morey ends up dealing Lin to the Lakers. Edit: Pau's headed to the Bulls, don't know if he just signs there or an S&T with the Lakers.

The middle teams, like the Wizard/Raptors, may be better but still won't be able to compete with the top, or even mid, in the West. The teams that are supposed to be "good" this year with the way things are shaping out, namely the Bulls and Cavaliers, still have too many question marks for me that may yet blow up on them. With the Cavs we have big question marks surrounding the coach and GM. Even with Love, we can't be sure how he will be on a team with actual expectations or how he will preform in the playoffs for the first time. I don't think a Big 3 of Lebron/Love/Irving is better than the Heat 3. Bosh is underrated while Love is a little overrated, imo, and Wade when he's on is much better than Irving is now. If the bench isn't SIGNIFICANTLY better, nothing changes. If we see this Cavs team hit the Spurs in the finals again, we could very well see another sweep. As for the Bulls, the problems are obvious. Rose is a HUGE question mark. Will Thibodeau run his players ragged again? Gasol prob had enough of that under Dantoni if he goes to Chicago. If Melo ends up going, I'm afraid that the Melo-Rose partnership will end up like a less talented Westbrook-Durant partnership, with them just jacking up everything everytime and weekly drama over who is shooting too much, etc. Then you have teams like the Pacers and Nets which either have massive roster, chemistry, synergy, cap, etc. issues which will likely prevent them from being serious contenders either. At least not anymore than this last year. Pacers def won't win as many games this year (Stephenson is still up in the air as well). Oh, and obviously the Heat will take a huge hit overall in effectiveness. I don't know how you let Wade get significant rest this year without James.
