Went to Flyers-Sharks game last night. SJ scored with 10 seconds left to win the game, pretty deflating. Otherwise a great experience. Second time to the Sharks arena, and it's wonderful.

as long as Katz wants to pretend he is friends with all those guys from the 80s this team isnt going anywhere. If Katz starts caring about winning above good old boyism then things might turn around relatively quick. ie: Chicago before and after the regime change there.

Bortuzzo only got 2 for a retaliatory headshot that was miles late. First offender and all, but that was about as slam dunk as you get for stupid hits that should be eliminated. It should have been 5.

Brodeur was the main reason the Devils weren't good in the most recent years. He should be grateful that he played for a team where the entire system was built around making him look good. He was a good goalie in his prime, mind you, but he still benefited greatly from his situation. Nice of him to decide to be petty and shitty.
