It has to be over the line but if a defender does what that guy did by reaching for the puck and covering up its a penalty shot. Buuuuuut because the hockey is as backward as soccer, even though we have all these amazing cameras that can show you the game you cannot review that play. Thus making this even more hilarious. | ||
