there was a goal who was designed as off side by the referee, and it wasn't

I got that same impression, but based on what howLiN said he does deserve a chance. I was impressed by his performance during that world cup and it looked like Portugal were getting the striker they needed. I guess we'll see, there is still time left.

Definitely would be a better choice than Almeida and Postiga. I really don't think either striker is that great.

We watch Postiga for the entertainment, personally I play the Benny Hill theme when he's playing lol.

On Nelson Oliveira, he seems to be playing well in France, although judging from his interviews he doesn't seem to have a great attitude.

Out of 61 and a half thousand, maybe 10-15 people whistled a bit at first but then went silent - at least from what I could hear from where I was standing.

10 men Netherlands without Robben and Van Persie. Admittedly I was focusing on Sweden - Portugal, but Japan performed better against us.

The same thing happened in Italy vs Germany game but Italian players (with Buffon as captain) started opposing their fans - great great gesture by them

I personally felt lot of negative pressure from Sweden.
In our media we didn't attack Sweden, we clearly loved the duel of Zlatan vs Ronaldo and we didn't whistle against the Swedish anthem like they did.
They even made a huge novel because of the retractable roof top of the stadium, because they wanted to have it open, they taught the cold would benefit them.
Very hostile!

^Maybe because they knew they couldn't win legitimately
Man, epic day of football.

Portugal's striker in 1 maybe 2 years will be called Gonçalo Paciencia, keep these words.

Japan has gotten the same results as Colombia this week. Does this mean Colombia is overrated and Belgium was just weak or Japan = Colombia? :p
Japan actually played better too

I think Japan are just criminally underrated.
