Valencia was leading 3-0 and they were ahead in tie then Sevilla scored at 90+4 and go to the finals. so harsh. | ||

 Hope it isn't much worse than a concussion or something. It reminded me of Cacares hitting Demy de Zeeuw in the face in the semi-final of the world cup 2010. De Zeeuw broke his jaw.Benfica got kind of shafted with the ref. Salvio's yellow was ridiculous, and apparently Markovic' red card was stupid as well? That's 2 suspensions that shouldn't be. So sad about Valencia but I had no favourite in that match. Still, the goal was scored at 93:30 with 5 minutes extra time. Then the kick-off came at 95:30 and referee ended the match after 10 seconds. Obviously it's hard to do anything in 80 seconds, but that's kinda stupid. | ||

Can't really say the better team won today because both teams were equally good. This should have been the final but there's no way that Benfica can throw it again, r-right? Oh my god, Sevilla win incoming. | ||

You don't get points in football for hail-Mary shots from outside the box that pose no threat to the goal. I got the feeling the referee allowed too much physical play which benefits tanks like Asamoah, Lichsteiner, Pogba and Vidal over featherweights like Markovic, Ruben Amorim, Siqueira and Gaitan. Also, two penalties (on Enzo in the 1st, on Markovic at the 82nd minute in the 2nd leg) were not given to Benfica over the two legs. Also, Benfica is not a park-the-bus team. They have played brilliant football this season and in this game in particular. The way they managed to bring down Markovic and Gaitan to compensate against Juve's wings coming forward was brilliant. Several counter-attacks, even with 10 men, could have resulted in a goal. Then they complain about the stoppage time, which they claim it should have been longer because the game stopped for a long while because they decided to go full WWE on Garay to bring Benfica to 9 men, not to mention the elbows on Benfica players in aerial challenges, the two legged stomps, and so on. Bonucci is also a sore loser "Tonight it was confirmed that in this sport the best team doesn't always win," Bonucci told Sky Sport Italia. I agree that is not a league as interesting as the Premier League, but common, I don't understand people that say the other teams are not competitive (It is just that Barcelona/Madrid are too powerful). | ||

That Sevilla team underachived too and then lost most of its players Ateltico got carried in the Europa League 2012 by Falcao and that year there were refused entry into the Champs League right? Bilbao in 2012 again seemed to be a fluke as the following season they nearly got relegated XD Problem stopping Spain becoming a good league is the way Barca and Real suck all the money out of it, thus forcing the likes of the other teams unable to keep the talent they sign. Aka you watch how many Atletico players leave this summer. | ||
