Damn so bm Sharkie  One of my favorite players at Chelsea, guy played with so much passion. Such a strong German dominate midfielder, how i wished we had him for more than the 3 seasons we got out of him | ||

Bella Guttman (Benfica's Coach when we won 2 back to back Champions in 61 and 62) said that without him Benfica wouldn't win any international competition for the next 100 years. In fact, after this 2 wins, Benfica was second in 5 Champions finals, and second in two other international competitions. He's not polished enough to make it in the Premier League though. I don't think he'd even manage to communicate in English. He's miles ahead of any British manager though. bObaZ, who would you see as an alternative for Benfica? Marco Silva is a bit risky and I don't see any other PT managers being up for it. I don't see foreign managers being able to motivate and lead the South American gang the same way Jesus does. | ||

As I see it, if we want a Portuguese coach the only solution is Marco Silva. He's young , he's ambitious and he already proved that he is a good coach. The other solutions being Rui Faria (dont see him leaving Chelsea), Paulo Bento (personally I don't like him at all) and Leonardo Jardim (not gonna happen). Internationally I can't think of anyone. | ||
