Well, anyway,they now pretty much have to win on Bernabeu and not lose at all until the end of the season to hope for the league trophy. Not seeing that happening unless Real screws up at least one more game against lower-tier opposition.
It seems like in modern football the very best players are not allowed to stop playing so good in a graceful manner. I don't really think Messi will pull a Ronaldinho or Torres, this seems more like an average slump after an injury. He has been playing at an extremely high level for a long time, I think he has earned the right to suck for a year.
