It's the same format as usual, meaning the winners from Europe and South America enter in the semis, the other 4 clubs have already played 1 round. It's Bayern - Chinese Team and Atletico Mineiro - Casablanca Team.

Their coach is Marcello Lippi and they have 3 South Americans, among them Dario Conca, who was voted the best player in Brazil before they bought him and earns 10 million € per annum. Must I mention they have money, and lots of it?

must be tough being a GK, doesn't matter if you were club and country's #1 for years, after a a couple of mistakes and City is already looking for a replacement.

I feel for my Chinese friends. I'm expecting +7 goals by Bayern Munih.

lol this game will be hilarious, on the other hand these games are so pointless to top teams and only make their squads more tired.

well, it's not that pointless. it's about a nice trophy, about some money and you can call yourself the world's best team. after those two games theres winter-break anyways.

the winner gets 5million dollars so I wouldn't call it pointless

Bayern why you can't score i bet Bayern winning with +3 goals
edit: fk yeah bayern munih!!!!!

well this might get ugly now if gangzhou lose their motivation

Okay, it's starting to get ugly.

This is one of the worst games of football I've seen in a while. You can tell this is a half-arsed attempt by bayern, if at all, and it's still incredibly one-sided.

I watched the practice of Bayern in the past It was around 5 times more intense than this.

...and here's the reason why I picked Galatasaray to advance over Chelsea...

Are you a Spurs fan? Because it sounds like I watched more Tottenham in the last 3 years than you. Which is weird because I support Chelsea!!! Harry's Tottenham played spectacularly better football than AVB's, which was always confused, disjointed and relied on being 'Bale'd out on several occasions. The wing play, the defensive organisation, etc, were all far superior. Just infinitely better looking team. Yes they collapsed but they were looking fantastic and it's really a bad stroke of luck (but they STILL could have made it into Europe). AVB's team this year has just been a complete embarrassment. Yes I am, and I already said a few pages back that AVB deserved to get fired for his poor tactics. In fact, I don't think he deserved the job in the first place. However, you're blaming him for things totally outside his control and distorting the truth. The transfer market has nothing to do with AVB; he was the head coach and nothing more.
Well my point is then don't wave the 'AVB got more points' flag because really Bale was playing scintillating football in the second half of last season and gained at least 12 league points on his own. From my pure opinion Harry's Spurs looked far far better and they deserved ECL football. I even felt slightly guilty after we had that shite season for us to steal the ECL spot. Not feeling anything but mirth at where AVB has left Spurs.
And okay, he may not have bought any of the players (find it hard to believe he wasn't at least consulted?) but as Pandemona said, whoever made those decisions should really be kicked out for the good of your club.

Hahah, Sunderland killing Chelsea in extra time.
