230kgx1x3(belt), 200kgx3x7 (straps, no belt) Yesterday: Squat 200kg, 210kg (PR), 190x1x2, 140x4x4 BP Gonna get the squat video when I can. My gear got here, looking foward to trying the squat suit. On the other hand, it seems fucking impossible to put the bench shirt, gonna need a small army to put it on. Might not use it in competition, as I've heard it takes some time to get used to it (unlike the squat suit that gives insta 20kg++) | ||

1x5 @ 185 Deadlift 3x10 BW Dips I meant to do 170 lb squats today but I loaded it up wrong and didn't realize until I was loading the deadlift (I thought last time I did 45+2 10's on each side, but I was mixing it up with my previous deadlift). I was wondering why it seemed so heavy today, because 165 went up easy last session. Unfortunately my gym doesn't allow me to bring in any gear or have the appropriate gear to do weighted dips/pullups . I'm looking to change gyms when I can, which probably means one more month at this one. | ||

That was hard. Thought I was gonna collapse/die for the last few reps Bench - 5x3 @ 245 @donkeys - nice! the best ones always feel light no matter how much weight is on the bar | ||

you can tie a dumbbell or plate around your waist if you bring a light jacket or t shirt. that's what i do cuz either i havent figured out how to use the weight belt correctly, or it doesnt fit my figure lol. i've tried tying it several different ways but no luck. | ||

Also looking at your dots, it seems you've not made any progress for like, years.. I am really curious about your food and workoutplan, I think you're either not eating or not trainig properly, with that poor of results. How? yeah, needs to be long sleeve shirt or a light jacket. i loop it through the plate and tie it around my waist using the sleeves. like below, except you slip a plate in through the sleeve and have behind you near your lower back or in front of you. ![]() | ||

really watching to eat well/enough on workout days and doing somewhat regular stretching now. really shows. almost no soreness at all which is fascinating to me given how my legs usually feel after a squat&dl day. also really fast made up losses from break (except ohp...) and made first progress on squat since quite a while. 80kg today for 3/2/3/2/2 (dont have safety bars and cant drop it so if im unsure i cant try to go for the last). really close to bw squat finally! | ||
