Cleans 3x 70 90 100 110 120 2x130 1x140 Snatches were super awful up but I pulled it together and hit 110 120 way too sore from rugby and hungover T_T | ||

Main points -bring the bar more into your lap so you can drive it up with your thighs/hips -'Meet' the bar instead of letting it crash on to you. Pull it on to your shoulders instead of pulling it up into the air and letting it drop on to you -Make sure you are racking it on your shoulders and not loaded on your hands/wrists. Almost hit a 250lb jerk today, had it overhead for a fraction of a second but couldn't hold it lol. Hit a nice snatch complex with 185lb, I'm super comfortable in that 185-195 range now. Should only be a matter of time before I finally PR again lol. | ||
