Hmm interesting. Got any good links to information on this subject?

If your bodyweight doesn't go down within 3 days, drop it another 500 cals untill you start losing 2~ pounds per week. You weigh 100kg's at 1.85~ right? Either you're juicing and fucking HUGE, or you're pretty fat. You'll enjoy the cut I think; I know I feel amazing when I'm lean.
lol 1.85 @ 100kg isn't steroids absurd big. i'm at ~184cm and ~100kg and i'm not ridiculously big. thinking about cutting back down to 94kg for summer and weightlifting nationals.

Myeah, i'm 100 185 and I'm not huge in either muscle nor fat :p just an average joe.
I'm currently on a relaxed cut. Basically starting strength in the gym, and I follow leangains as best as I can while still eating out all the time (pastas and burgers). Had to cut the high-grade beef cause of economic crisis, eating chicken and pork instead. Working pretty well so far, 4kgs down in 1 month.

If you were 100kg with low body fat, you'd look pretty damn big imo.

1.85 @ 100kg is pretty damn borderline steroids at low bodyfat.

There's a good chance I'm not eating 6k. The volume I eat each day stays the same, but the actual foods vary a lot, and some stuff I thought would be higher calorie is actually kind of low and vice versa. I was definitely putting on fat eating the amount I have been though.

188cm @100kg. I wouldn't say I'm fat, but I'm carrying more that I have before, which is why I'm cutting. But then people have different opinions on what fat is. Also not huge, and never do bodybuilding sets, I've only trained for strength.
EDIT: Typo

If you bulk up eating lots then cut back to that it doesn't seem unreasonable at all tbh. Also, I think there's a pretty big area between "low bodyfat" and "pretty fat", and you can be somewhere between the two at 1.85 @ 100kg fairly easily if you've been training for a while.

And yeah, that was my impression. Bunch of people were talking about doing it so I did it after my normal workout then no one posted their times! It was good for me regardless ^^

I can make my way to a 400m track tomorrow so I will try it then. What time did you get so I have something to shoot for?
Edit: I'm way out of shape so I know you will probably destroy me

I felt really out of shape by the end hehe. It was somewhere around 9:30, had a crappy clock for timing.

I feel so small compared to all of you guys. 170cm @64kg.

Managed to tweak my bicep/shoulder during chin-ups. Probably overuse injury working on back lever Seem to have a lost a fair amount over the 2 week break from the gym and getting sick unfortunately.

Believe me there are loads of people your height and weight here they just don't post body shots and put their statistics up.
Although Froadac does, to be fair.

I weigh 94kg @ 1.96-1.97, but I still feel small. Decaf and BlondeOnBlonde are just way more built than me, even though I'm taller.

They're good shoes. I have a pair and they don't have a rock hard sole that would be optimal but they are cross trainers so you can't ask for that. It is flat and it's not squishy so it works.

Weightlifting as in olympic weightlifting or the powerlifting movements? If the latter, then you can get any thin & flat soled shoes.
