Advanced in 1st: Malaga Borussia Dortmund Barcelona Manchester United Advanced in 2nd: Real Madrid AC Milan Advanced in 1st or 2nd: Porto PSG Schalke Arsenal Shaktar Donetsk Bayern Munich Valencia It seems like a pretty strong group, not many teams there where you are like, oh I want to face those guys. One group winner gonna be unlucky and draw Real.

usually its a gesture of fair play to just kick the ball to the other side of the field and continue playing after they took care of an injured player. but in this case l.adriano abused the situation. not cool. this is a worldwide honor code even in the lowest amateur league. shame on you l.adriano

I heard UEFA is going to investigate since sportmanship is part of their rules. I rly hope he gets punished for that. Apart from that iam really happy that all german teams advanced ![]()

Yea thats the most they could do applying the sportsmanship rule which is pretty interpretive (like nearly 70 percent of the rules in the game for that matter.) I think they will probably implement something harsh for instances like these specifically going forward, but just having to do something like that is sad, really sad.

News Champions League May Become A 64 Team Tournmanet & No Europa League European football's governing body Uefa is considering ditching the Europa League in favour of extending the Champions League from 32 to 64 teams. It means seven English clubs and five Scottish teams could qualify for European football's elite competition. Source

Then a straight knock out competition with seeds based on leagues for the first time. Then that is the elite of the elite imo. Uefa Cup 2.0 - 3/4/5 of the elite leagues wrote above go straight into group stage, then qualifiers for the other leagues. Then they go into a knock out competition too. Super Cup - Winner of each competition plays eachother for a chance to move onto the Club World Cup (makes more of a meaning to this competition then too) That is how i would do it. With less teams playing in the champions league, it should mean that tuesday could be champions league night, and weds uefa cup night. meaning less stress of fixture blockage too.
