By 2013 (lbs) press 125 3x5 powerclean 160 5x3 squat 245 3x5 bp 145 3x5 deadlift 305 1x5 currently : press 100 3x5 powerclean 132 5x3 squat ?(don't really know, just got back from injury around 185ish?) bp 120 3x5 deadlift 275ish i'm setting my goals lowish because there are gonna be periods of time ican't really lift. and progress has been really slow lately. weight atm : 169 | ||
