Light day today, really just means I'm lazy as fuck and work is raping me with ridiculous deadlines and overtime

Waiting for retards to leave the only oly platform so I can do my cleans

Maybe off topic but I hoped to do 5 repetitions on a 140 kg deadlift today.
I managed to do 7 reps :D

Not at all off-topic! That's what this thread is hee for. everyone is just posting goals right now because the thread is new and they don't have goals up already.

My cut is finally starting to kick in I think, even though my weight doesn't show it much. Eating a lot less carbs (pretty much just post workout) makes me feel out of gas mid workout. Still doing IF, it's fucking great being able to get up 30 minutes later in the morning not having to worry about having breakfast or being hungry. I would like to be a solid, strong 80kg by my graduation (dec 21st) I'm at 83-84kg right now (down from 86kg). Strength wise I'm setting goals for April 2013, apparently there is powerlifting in Mexico and I would like to go to next year's nationals. Maybe end 2012 with a ~170kg squat, ~180kg dead and a ~110 bench. HOPEFULLY.

Anyway, today:
squat singles up to 145kg, triples 100,105,110,115,120kg. speed sets 2x5 95kg
chin ups: BW 7,6,5,5,6,5,4

Just finished 2 weeks of high volume work, gonna start 2 weeks of high intensity training. If I don't make a bunch of PRs within these two weeks, it'll probably be because I've died trying to squat >90% for 20 singles after snatching and clean and jerking to max 5 times a week.
If you die this way, you won't live to tell anyone how you died
