Also started eating more and I gained 4-5kg in the last 1 and 1/2 month, now I'm 80-81kg. BP from 3x5 74kg to 3x5 78kg OHP from 3x5 48 to 3x5 50kg Now looking forward to bring the Squat to 100kg and Deadlift to 120kg. | ||

Squat 1x3 85, 110, 3x3 130kg Press 1x3 50, 60, 2-1-2 70kg DL 1x3 70, 1x1 120, 150, 170, 1F-1F 190kg - 170kg was feeling quite heavy with a mixed grip, so probably wasn't my day. Well, I was really hoping to get the 190kg DL done this week, but no dice. Next DL workout will be 3 weeks from now unfortunately. Next week the gym is closed for Yom Kipur, the week after that I'll be on a cruise. My plan is to go back to a single or double with 175kg and working my way back up from there. | ||

Squat 1x3 70, 1x2 100, 125, 145, 1x1 160, 172.5kg PR, 1x3 155kg - I was planning on going easy on the squat today, but my friend convinced me to give it a try. The triple in the end was for a bit of added volume and to see what I should expect on Sunday. BP 1x3 52.5, 65, 80, 1x1 92.5, 1x1F 105kg, 3x4 85kg - Resetting and moving away from heavy reps for a while to focus on volume. Pull ups 3x3 +32.5kg | ||

Back Squat: 60kg, 100kg, 110kg, 120kg, 130kg, 140kg, 150kg, 160kg 125kg, 130kg, 135kg, 140kg, 135kg x 3 100kg x 2 x 5 (Two sets of Five Reps) <- Can't believe I still have to explain this. PullUps: 10-10-8 Dips: 10-10-10-15-15 Wednesday Workout: Front Squat: 40kg, 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg, 120kg, 130kg 100kg x 2 x 3, 105kg, 110kg, 115kg x3 70kg x 2 x 5 (<- Two sets of Five). ChinUps: 8-8-7 Clean and Jerk: 50kg, 50kg x 2, 60kg x 2 x 2, 70kg x 1 Got up and got home. Going today again for a good set of BAck Squat. gogo me. | ||

Prolly best holidays ever. I've spent the entire day eating salad and protein shakes, with some stretching and foam roing to heal myself. Finally I can eat more than 0.1g of meat again aswell :p. | ||

Just got back from the gym. Was deadlift 1rm night!! Hit 230kg x 1 PB!!!! Thanks to Malinor, Decaf and Blonde for your advice last week. Really helped! Start my cut next week. Aiming to go from 90kg down to about 80kg will do my best to maintain strength. | ||
