Nice game.
Barca losing cause of some stupid individual mistakes in both legs. Stuff like this and the chelsea ordeal will make them more mature. I hope, lol.

First half Reals pressing was ridiculously good and Barca even with 11 were at 6s and 7s because they were probably like "lols we gonna have ball all game". They'll definately have to take that into account, in the future. It hasnt ever hurt them as badly as it did today. They really could've been badly embarrased. Usually its the odd clear chance, today it was Higuain doing himself no favours.

Obviously they settled but with 10 men, the ball over the top in behind to Ronaldo et al always on and the lack of pace for Barca at the back it was Reals game to lose (and tbh they tried really hard).

Boring second half from Madrid barring a few opportunities, Barca really chased it and worked hard for being a man down. But congrats Madrid.

I think they'd rather ease Villa in on a few games then throw him in the deep end on a Super Copa against Madrid. Hes not a 100 percent and its not like losing the Copa is worth hurting someones whose just got back. And theres really no gaurantee he is going to get in behind and affect the game more than Tello since hes just not that sharp.

They do need him though. When Messi has to drop deep he has no one to give it to and he will eventually get harrased of the ball if he cant get rid of it to an advanced position or some intelligent run.

villa has always been the one to score when u need a goal against rm, i really have no idea wtf was on titos mind when he decided to play tello who always fails when needed the most and wasted a sub one a defender knowing tht u need a goal.

Barca did well in the second half considering they were a man down against one of the very best teams in the world, it was tense in the end. However Madrid almost looked lazy..
