I wanna know why this team is not favored to qualify against Barcelona.
To put it simply.. Because it's Barcelona.

I know you guys wanna believe that bayern is on top atm cause they play good football but as long as the current core of barca is not over 30 years old they will always be the best a priori. They will always be the favorites, in every league or competition. Having said that, they need to play to their maximum to get away with a win from munchen.

That is going to be a very even match.

Elimination stages are different thing and i can say bayern is for me clear favorite here cuse of their all season of good perfomances. They will miss Mandzukic tonight but hope Gomez shows to the occasion.

It's no coincidence Bayern bought two strikers while they have "worldclass" Gomez. (Heynkes knows Gomez isnt good enough for modern football)

Hasn't looked like that in the past couple of high level matches, at least when you play against Madrid I always think Madrid is going to dominate after the past couple of matches, when before I always considered Barca the favorite. Bayern is playing amazingly right now. I don't think anyone will consider it a shock if they get through, it's a pretty level tie imo :o.

Difference is easily like 40% or w/e. I wouldn't put much emphasis on their games against PSG. I expect Messi to play both legs in the upcoming tie.

I agree with the fanboys that Barca have to be favoured because they do just have too much individual firepower. However, as a team Bayern has been looking rampant and this is probably as close to a 50:50 match as you'll get. Bayern are on the warpath after being denied in their own stadium last year by the greatest team in history. OH MY what an INCREDIBLE goal from Man City v Tottenham. Carlos Tevez is insanely talented, just such a nice team goal and a fantastic finish from Nasri.

Iniesta might seem to disagree, because he is a bamf.
