Lucky for Brazil that there's still time before their world cup. Perhaps this team will gel over the next year and a half and come good when it really matters.

![]() Neymar didn't show up, he defo needs to leave Brazil ASAP so he can get some European football inside him, hope he moves to Spain in the summer (or even better England and Chelsea!) Oscar and Wilshere pretty much dominated the game though, Oscar did everything and made everything for Brazil, whilst Wilshere did the same for England. Poor game overall, but was a good win for England. Brazil though, i have confidence under big Phil that they will get better and better. So much talent in that squad, Hulk didn't even kick a ball!! France 1-2 Germany Spain 3-1 Uruguay Argentina 3-1 Sweden Holland 1-1 Italy England 2-1 Brazil On February 07 2013 06:31 Rookie6 wrote: I really hope so. Remember that this is the first match with a new coach, so hopefully Brazil will look a lot better in the future. Lucas is actually the player that I am most excited with, let's see if he is up to the task. Don't you think Oscar looked by far the best player for Brazil tonight? So young, so talented and so strong for his size? In the first 20minutes he made absolutely everything for Brazil, and continued it in the second half too. RW LW CM everywhere

RW LW CM everywhere I definitely agree with you, I just meant that Lucas has a lot of growing and potential. I followed him very closely here in Brazil and I think he can be one of our main players in the world cup. He also just went to PSG, while Oscar already is more comfortable with the european football, having played for Chelsea for awhile now. Both have a lot of talent, and there is a lot of work to do. England was the better team btw.

And that says alot given how superior Argentina was in actual play. How difficult can it be to hire enough security people so that this doesn't happen.

He's good at dribbling lame half-assed brazillian league players, but he often (if not always) chokes when facing a competent defence. Whenever I see him play for Brazil he never tries to play like he does in the Brazilian league, I think he should just let loose and fuck around like he does when playing with Santos.

Really wasn't a good start from the US, but winning 4 homegames and getting a few points away should be enough. The schedule could make for a slow start, but I'd happily bet some money on the US qualifying before the last playday.

That's the thing about some players. A guy like Ronaldinho can let loose around anyone and just play any game like it was a kickabout in the back yard. Players like Robinho on the other hand get the success of their careers capped because they can't do that. Maybe Neymar is actually the latter.

I think it's because everyone expects so much of him when playing for Brazil so he doesn't want to play around and have people say he's not taking it seriously or something.
