Grab the appropriate weight plates that you will be using for the exercise. Make sure that both sides of the bar have equal amounts of weight. no shit

Opened up with FS to max for a new PR of 162kg Then snatched 5/8 @ 110kg followed up by 1/1 @ 120kg Had ten minutes left to do CJ so i went 60-90-120-130-140-150x Failed first 150, then cleaned it the second time but missed the jerk. I WILL SMASH YOU 150KG I SWEAR IT. Maxing out FS before probably wasnt helping me lol. Gonna cut for a few weeks and then post the before/afters. Found one with me at 60kg~ in only swimming trunks. You won't believe the amount of tone. Everything about that body says I do a mean Kipping pull-up. Disgustingly awesome improvements. Very well done CELLTECH

My weight: 85kg Squat: 107kg x 5 Deadlift: 145kg x 3 / 140kg x 5 Bench: 72kg x 5 Press: 55kg x 4 / 52kg x 5 Don't do cleans though. You are literally one session behind or in front of me with every exercise and we weigh almost exactly the same as well.

I guess I'm the odd one for having a much higher squat and bench relative to my DL and press. My DL was prob my best lift when I started but now it seems like it's the worst of the big 3 relatively speaking. (to put it in perspective, my work weights were 315 DL, 275 squat, and 195 bench in lbs) Presses don't count ![]() Dai you should give oly lifting a shot. It's super fun :D

You are literally one session behind or in front of me with every exercise and we weigh almost exactly the same as well. 193 cm 85kg Squat: 113.5 kg x5 or (expected) 127-130kg x1 DL: pulled 134kg today, would expect to be able to do 145kg (x5) Bench: 80kg x5 Press: 50kg x5 Power Clean: 71kg x3 Weighted Chin: 6 reps w/20 lb @ 84kg BW Haven't done a strict OHP in a month, but I HATE that lift. If I were to do a proper max attempt on my squat, I would expect around 130kg (285lb) but I'm not giving myself enough rest time to pull off a "real" 1rm. Highest lift I've made is 113.5kg (250lb) x5, then followed by 9 triples at the same weight, fuck smolov. Deadlifted for the first time today since october. Pulled my old max (134kg) with ease and would expect to be able to at least pull 145kg now. It's amazing what putting 70+ pounds on your squat will do for literally everything else you do. Bench I'm racing with everyone, it's obviously similar. My power clean, row, chins, etc etc are all terrible, I need to work on them more. I also need to EAT MORE FOOD.

Last PC actually felt more like a clean because i pretty much recovered with a front squat. Sounds like my last rep of the day. I bounced the bar off my thighs so akwardly that I lost most of my grip and had to drop all the way down under the bar to finish off the clean. Pretty good recovery all things considered. On a positive note I've now gone to the same gym on such a consistent schedule that I've gotten to know the other people that generally follow the same schedule as me. And they pretty much know not to walk behind me anymore when I have a bar on my back or am in the middle of a set of PC's.

Mainly because my crohn's has been acting up big time as I haven't been able to take medicine for it about a month. Some complications arise since I turned 19 and it should resolve in the next week hopefully. Fuck you, peanut butter and banana sammich. ![]()
