Got two sets of hang snatch doubles at 90kg then on my third i accidently stood up with the weight instead of going from the squat at the bottom directly to the hang so i tried to drop the 90kg from overhead to waist while standing and strained my forearm like an idiot ~~ Looks like a lot of squatting for this week, strain doesnt feel too bad hopefully be pulling again by the end of the week. | ||

I currently do a typical compound lifts program and eat 3800~ calories a day, but I wanted to see if I could do some sprinting to keep my speed up for the other sports I do. | ||

That's not a problem I think as long as you don't do it too intense on days before LB workouts. It can also help to keep your bodyfat down as well. If you're not gaining fast enough just eat more. | ||

PowerClean, Clean and Jerk, and do some sprint intervals (as adviced by decaf). You'll go bananas when people try to outrun you . | ||
