@rosa if you're lifting that often, you're going to want a more complex eating plan... i've read a couple times that you'll have to check his books for intermediate leangains approaches. I assume to make sure you're getting enough food for recovery.

Scored huge points in immunology class today when I mentioned modern diets and chronic inflammation. Thanks eshlow, because this class is graded on a curve.

@glurio stumptuous was in last years OP. But do we even have any women posting?

injured my finger while playing basketball...hope it doesnt affect my lifting tomorrow...saturday to look for new gym, which has proper equiptment...finally!!!!

numbers still the same, havent raised them, because i want to have "proper" tehnique first time i go to lifters who can bp 200kg+...i will feel so weak there. I know women in my city who can bp 22x55kg. That is out of my league...

Doesn't matter if we have women posting on this thread. We might have women reading the OP, although I have no idea if there are women browsing the site.

A1: Bench, Yates Row, Weighted Chins, Incline Bench, Seated Row, Barbell Curl, French Press
B1: Squat, Deadlift Variation, Front Squat, Reverse Hyper/GM, Leg Curl, Calves, Abs
A2: Bench, Bent Over Row, OHP/ W.Dips, DB Row, W. Chins, Curl, Side Delt
B2: Squat, Deadlift, Leg Press, Reverse Hyper/GM, Leg Curl, Calves, Abs

A1(heavy), B1(light), X, A2(light), B2(heavy), C(arms)/X, X

Probably some supersets in there for arms and shoulders.
This is basically what i will do, C is optional when i got nothing else to do (beginning of new semester being lazy with studying basically), arms are lagging behind anyway.


@reign To be honest i'm not really sure what the difference between sldl and rdl is.
Is the question about switching between the two or between one of those and regular deadlifts?
I don't like deadlifting for reps so i use one of those variations for that.

@glurio My first lower body workout has regular deadlifts, and in the second one I'm thinking about alternating between RDL and SLDL.

This is the most important difference.

Oh well i won't do sldl, rounding my back with a load just does not seem like a good idea to me.
I don't think there is anything against alternating those two, target mostly the same muscle groups, probably equally hard. Just do it for a while and see what your body says.

pecs are sore after 85x5x5 bench yesterday.. lol
maybe I took too long of a break from benching but this is unacceptable. 185 here I come!!

On a side note, can't wait until I get back to school where they have more than ONE FUCKING SQUAT RACK. God, my community center gym is so bad. Unfortunately, it's the only one within walking distance.

I deleted stumptuous from the OP, but I can put it back.

Reason being it's better to use videos to show that weightlifting isn't bad than send people to a site. The women who commented in here said it was hard to find stuff on stumptuous (even though it's a very good site) and I would tend to agree with that opinion.

3SP=174x2, 184x3, 194x2, 204x1 (legal pause)

Powerlifting style bench press is way easier, 204 felt kinda light. I am sure i'll hit at least 262 by november.

Deadlift Sumo 284x5x5

Fixed some minor errors on my technique, felt lighter than last week because of that. Basically was hiperextending my back a bit on the top, and shruggin the barbell aswell.

I SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOORED A GIRL I'M SMITTEN WITH! Wow I haven't been this happy since I saw daylight for the first time in my life. Been getting girls for like a year and a half, but this girl is the first one I'm in love with.

My hands are shaking. Thank you for getting me on SS (eschlow, mostly), which def. gave me some confidence without which this might have not happened. AAAWWHHH YEAAAAAH!!!!

Same here...when i hooked up with a girl i havent seen in 4 years shes just like "when did you turn in to fucking huge scott? you were like a teddy bear last time i saw you" and then "wtf" when she jokingly punched me in the abs; and then while we were hooking up: "this never would have happened 4 years ago" Lifting and the advice i've gotten here has done leaps and bounds for my confidence and how people perceive me.
how reasonable is it to eat off wood instead of your tummy?
