- as you said, you're dropping a little low on the upper body. That is very probably a function of flexibility - how much stretching are you doing? - it's hard to tell from this angle, but your stance looks REALLY WIDE to me. If it's too wide, that changes the mechanics of the squat a bit. - last few reps (last two?) the only thing that's really deteriorating is your weight starting to come forward. It's over midfoot instead of over your heels, you can tell by your knees traveling forward and extra few inches. They still don't make it past your toes, so this isn't a big deal, just don't let it spiral into a real problem.
Looks like good squats though man. I'm impressed. Don't worry about the weight, just stick to small increases and it will come. I have the same problem with my bench.
For the sweet potatoes, if you've got the time make them into fries. So delicious.
Splitting/stacking more wood today; hopefully going to lift, and definitely at least playing basketball again tonight. I need a regular gym, this is killing me.
Hey guys, i would like to start 5x5 workout in summer, i can do 10pushups(chest touches ground, not some bullshit fist between etc :D) and 2pull ups with my 94kg weight, which starting weights should i use for 5x5 program on everything? Still standard only bar?
I will ofcourse still continue my skiing and basketball playing.

Start light, there is no reason to test the weights when you begin.
An olympic Bar weighs 20 kg. Start with that on bench/press/squats. Not sure what you'd start with on deadlifts.
Press and bench you'll be adding 2.5 kg every time you do the exercise. Squats you'll add 5kg every time you do it, until you need to do your first reset, and deadlift you'll add 5 or 7.5kg every time you do the exercise until you hit your first reset. After you reset them, you increase slower.
You don't need anything else to plan out -ahead- of you, just know what you have done previously. It's not complicated like, for example a 5/3/1 routine or an intermediate routine geared at weekly or monthly progress.
So trying to get something less srs going here. What would your guys' dream gym look like, and how much would it set you back for your ultimate homegym? I looked at some Again Faster packages but I can't imagine 4000$ is necessary for the complete package.
So I've kept my "light" deadlift and bench press, and i'm attempting to learn squats in 3 days so I can do total 400kg at the meeting lol.
Yesterday I squated in triples up to 85kg app, decided to stop there (felt heavy). Didn't have a spotter so I think I wasnt going down enough. Wrists hurt like hell
Today I squated 90kg properly (had a friend watch me getting enough depth). I also fixed my wrist problem by grabing the bar a litle wider so I could keep my hands over and not support weight on them. Form felt nice; Bar was behind the shoulders and my powerful torso (small brag) doesnt even feel the weight. With time I should get more flexible so I could grab the bar a litle narrower.
Also fixed breathing, Unlike deadlift/bech press I cant squat at all w/o holding breath. I'm also holding breath for maximum weight attemps on those 2 lifts aswell. Gonna practice more squats tomorrow, hopefully up to 100kg. On competition i'll try something like 110/120/130kg I guess (If I feel comfortable doing 100 tomorrow).
Meeting is this saturday, will try to get vids, though my bench press and squat are still embarrasing in terms of weight .
I PM'ed the creator of this topic to see if he could add the link to our Fitocracy topic, to get people to sign up to that, what better motivation than a workout leaderboard in our Teamliquid.net group on Fitocracy.
I thought that page was pretty inaccurate? we had a discussion about it a few pages back (actually quite many pages back. jesus this thread has grown so much!)

I didn't see that discussion. I mean yeah anyone can post any workout, but the points are just arbitrary numbers. I mean people can lie, but people can lie here in this thread as well and say they did a 500 lb bench press. Regardless, why not just go on to track your own progress anyways, makes sense to me.

I don't have a "dream gym", any reasonable gym will do for me:
1. squat rack 2. bench press 3. oly platform
I guess my dream gym would be a gym with competent staff who let me lift without shoes if I choose to.

just threw something together on http://californiastrength.com/store and I came out just above 2k for lots of plates, 2 racks and 2 bars. now you also might need a bench, a plate holder and some rubber mats (if needed) which they dont have. should be around 2.5-3k
might want to find second hand stuff though. check ebay or something
