Press: 73,5kg: 5-5-5 BO-Row: 90kg 5-5-5 I don't feel that resetting my squat has accomplished anything. These weights are really hard for me right now. I cannot see myself lifting 170kg next tuesday, although I did nothing but rest for two days and slept well. Since I am basically an intermediate in disguise (working my way up to my previous strength level), maybe there is not much benefit for someone like me in resetting, since by now I basically reached the strength I had last year. Well, I will know in exactly one week. Press was nice and I got the last rep which I missed last week. I tried a closer grip on two of the work sets, but can't really tell which is better. Will have to experiment a bit. My form is breaking down during rows right now, my back goes up slightly on the last 1-2 reps on each set. I will keep the weight constant for 1-2 workouts and work on that. | ||

The only reason I know about the LoL and Mafia forums are because of this thread needed a forum itself and plexa talking about it. I'd say at the top of the community page would be dandy. theres a health clinic near my house, there was a massive printed ad on the front window advertising a fitness product you can use in the store the thing is a treadmill that has vacuum suction , it sucks the air from underneath you as you jog on it in order to suck the impurities from your body. i so gotta take a photo when i pass there next | ||

If you want, try squating everyday for a daily max. It might help. ![]() | ||

Since I suppose adjusting the sidebar is a complicated endeavour, is it at all possible to have a link like Streams / Fan Clubs (not on the sidebar)? i.e: in the main forum view (above) & possibly the forum index (below) ![]() Otherwise, if the only feasible option is to have an invisible forum like LoL (as mafia has its own section in the main forum view), I'd honestly prefer the thread, but I know others disagree. | ||
