Squat: 162,5kg 5-5-5
Press: 73,5kg: 5-5-5
BO-Row: 90kg 5-5-5

I don't feel that resetting my squat has accomplished anything. These weights are really hard for me right now. I cannot see myself lifting 170kg next tuesday, although I did nothing but rest for two days and slept well. Since I am basically an intermediate in disguise (working my way up to my previous strength level), maybe there is not much benefit for someone like me in resetting, since by now I basically reached the strength I had last year. Well, I will know in exactly one week.
Press was nice and I got the last rep which I missed last week. I tried a closer grip on two of the work sets, but can't really tell which is better. Will have to experiment a bit.
My form is breaking down during rows right now, my back goes up slightly on the last 1-2 reps on each set. I will keep the weight constant for 1-2 workouts and work on that.

Well, I don't think I've ever seen anyone go to 170kg on SS before so you can be happy with that

Nice movie, wish my uni had something like that :D. This weekend I'm switching to a gym with a squat rack so I'll finally be able to start with Starting Strength. I sprained my shoulder a couple of weeks ago so I'll be starting with an empty bar on BP and Press and work my way back up in steps of 5/10kg and maybe wait 1 or 2 weeks with Power Cleans.
I don't know how realistic my training goals are but I'm gonna train hard and eat a ton the next few months and see how far I can get =).

Squat 55kg -> 105kg

Nutrition goals -- Start with GOMAD and see how fast I go up. Maybe move to more Paleo as I've seen a lot of you talk about it here, but I could use some advice on that.

^Yeah that a concern I have when it comes to a subforum. Will the TLHF subforum be hidden or will we be able to see it? Not necessary in the sidebar but maybe at the top of the community page or sport/games page? Refering to the fanclubs form and streams forum at the community page. If it will be hidden I think it's better with just a thread.

I believe that we will at least have a sticky in the community forum, so that it can be pretty easily accessed through there.

If that is not the case, then it certainly would be problematic.

I pretty much agree with this. The only reason I know about the LoL and Mafia forums are because of this thread needed a forum itself and plexa talking about it. I'd say at the top of the community page would be dandy.

Kind of makes me wonder what else TL has hidden that I don't know about though lol We better get a final good bye in this thread before it's locked too if thats what happens anyway..

theres a health clinic near my house, there was a massive printed ad on the front window advertising a fitness product you can use in the store

the thing is a treadmill that has vacuum suction , it sucks the air from underneath you as you jog on it in order to suck the impurities from your body.

I think with the weight you are squatting you need to start cycling the weight if you want to keep making continuous gains.

I think with the weight you are squatting you need to start cycling the weight if you want to keep making continuous gains.


If you want, try squating everyday for a daily max. It might help.

Since I suppose adjusting the sidebar is a complicated endeavour, is it at all possible to have a link like Streams / Fan Clubs (not on the sidebar)? i.e:

in the main forum view (above) & possibly the forum index (below)

Otherwise, if the only feasible option is to have an invisible forum like LoL (as mafia has its own section in the main forum view), I'd honestly prefer the thread, but I know others disagree.
