Just did gym in the morning cos I was way too tired last night, felt really different somehow, I felt worse at the start, but better at the end.
67.5kg Back Squat: was feeling shit to begin with so I thought I'd just do the same as last workout cos I felt like my form needed cleaning up, went well. 47.5kg Bench Press: was really difficult last time I did it so I stayed at the same weight. My form was much better, but it was still difficult as hell, I had no spotter so it took me some time to work up the courage for the last set haha. I might go for 50 next time and see how it goes. 50kg Power clean (PR): Yeah buddy! Some reps good form, some not so great, but no real OMG-that's-terrible form breakdown. Will add weight next time, well on my way of achieving a BW power clean (65kg)
I went to my university's free spring concert on Saturday. We got tpain to come... I mean whatever, a free concert is a free concert. Anyways, about half an hour before he comes on some random chick comes up and throws her arms around me. I was like wtf haha. We were obviously both intoxicated but she was worse than me. Anyway, we started talking and she started dancing on me. Having a good time, having my hands in places that mothers would frown about, before her friend pulls a major block. She was complaining how some chick wouldn't let her dance and about 5 minutes later takes that heavenly blessed beauty away from me, after the fun we were having.

Holy shit do you guys ever do a late night workout :D. Just did a 1am chest workout and it was soo nice. No one there and I did everything like a weight training zombie :D. Might have to do it again!!!!

Technically none. I bulked up from 190 to 215-220 from fall 09 till april 2010 and once summer hit i was working labor full time + lifting 3 times a week + rugby 3 times a week so i dropped down to a much leaner and stronger 200-205 by the end of the summer without intentionally cutting. Now i'm shooting for 230 and once i get back to school i wont be able to eat as much so between that and lifting i'm hoping i'll drop to a nice lean 220 by the end of the year.
Ended up having a great workout today despite having a weird bout of a runny nose and sneezing yesterday.
Squat 205 x 5 x 3 Bench 155 x 5 x 3 Chinups (BW+20) x 10 x 3
Squat was pretty easy this time around, probably adding another 2.5 pound plates on both sides for next workout. It's a great feeling to see the progression in that lift since I hated it so much when I first started working out.
Bench was great, I think I didn't have proper positioning in the second set which forced me to struggle through the five reps. Third set I made sure I had proper form and probably could have pushed out another two reps.
Chinups were easy as usual, going to use the 25lb dumbbell next week.
Body weight is now at 135.2lbs; pretty awesome weight gain for two months!
Nutrition goals -- Work up to GOMAD (Gallon Of Milk A Day) until 160 lbs then cut back to 1/4 - 1/2 gallon. Just increase food intake in general, trying to keep budget realistic.

I got one of those doorway pullup bars and instituted the policy that whenever I go in/out of my room I have to do at least a chinup. I've come to the following realizations: I'm weak at chinups/pullups, and I'm not going in/out of my room anymore.
Anyways... critique my form please! Be blunt, be harsh, be mean. IDC I need the constructive feedback. I've included my thoughts in the spoiler below.
-I have super limited flexibility. In attempts to hit parallel I still drop my chest. Suggestions for improvement? -I'm weak. This is 185lbs. I should be working at a higher weight by now. Injuries, questionable diet, a few missed work outs, and lack of sleep have hurt my game. -My form! -I bounce before I squat? I don't know why... -My form somewhat deteriorates my last few reps? This was my last set so I was a little winded, but I can't use this as an excuse... -I'm still a noob. -I'm my own worst critic

looked good to me except for the chest drop thing but you already figured that out (and I do that myself as well think i'm gonna do a big reset, start with high bar squatting and work on it)
edit: i'm not sure its a flexibility issue. it might be that your core/back muscles are too weak to hold the weight/chest up. or maybe you just need to really focus on keeping your chest up when going down. visualizing how to "sit back" might help
