And nobody has 300lb lean mass. And if I recall the only study that has been done looking at protein dosages in athletes at these levels found no noticeable difference from .8 - 1 g/lbm.

My mom and dad were around 5'2" or so, my grandma didn't make 5'. Yet I'm almost 5'7" or so. I don't think you can really tell.

That right there is already 75g of protein. Throw in some breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks and you can easily hit whatever target you want.

If you really are desperate about knowing, you can have x-rays made of your knees/hands/elbows. The amount of cartilage near your joints will show a doctor how much you will have left to grow approximately.

Press: 71kgx3x5 BO-Row: 86kgx3x5 My flawless squat-run has finally come to an end. Was jogging for 35minutes yesterday, and that I overate 2 hours before the work-out didn't help either. Same weight on thursday, if I miss it I'll reset by 10%. Press and Row were ok, given that it was a shitty workout overall. I was somehow tired and my mind wasn't really there. Very happy that I bought 0,5kg plates a year ago, without them the Press would be pretty frustrating. PS: I love strawberries, most delicious thing in the whole world.

This man is correct... i don't know where you guys get your extraordinary values for protein intake. If alot of it is coming from your protein shakes as well then im afraid to say your paying for an expensive wee ![]()

We were just giving examples as to how to get that high. I'd bet most skinny kids at commercial gyms with proteins shakes still don't get enough protein ![]()

5 minutes later he goes back to the smith machine and puts the bar so he can just reach it overhead with his arms stretched and, yes, loads up 200kg worth of plates again. He then tries to push the bar up and nothing happens, which prompted him to add another 40kg and try again. Now, with this hardcore workout done, he removes all the plates and walks out of the gym with a big grin on his face.

So far I've done the routine about 4 times but without any handstand work at all since I'm terrified of falling on my head and injuring myself. Is there any test to measure if I'll be able to hold it without actually trying it or should I just go for it? I have already noticed progress in tuck FL and BL, last time I did about 4 sec holds x5 for both. Tuck planche barely able to hold for 3s even though I can hold frog stand for 60s. L-sit I think might be about 15s at the moment. As I don't have any weights and won't be going to a gym any time soon what should I be doing for leg work? One leg squats? Also some comments about handstand would be appreciated as I don't want to develop imbalances and would like to be able to add it to my routine asap. Just scared. Handstand against the wall. If you need to use a pillow or learn a forward roll before doing it. Just don't bend your arms and you'll be fine. single leg squats are fine, glute ham raises, lunges, sprinting, etc. should work for now
