This would all be so much easier if there were an even number of days in the week. Doing something every other day is impossible as it will fall on different days every other week and fuck your whole schedule. FUCK!

I mean, that's basically the reason for the endless number of kids in the gym who have definition because of some beginner gains and weighing 120lb. Choice b) would be steroids, then you can do some folk-dancing and will still grow. Thank you for the support guys. As far as my PP progress goes, I'm a long ways away from switching programs. I've only reset my bench once, the other exercises are still progressing. If I read correctly I won't move on until I reset twice on the squat and once on the deadlift; I don't see either of those happening any time soon. My final goal is to have a great-looking physique, but I won't start on that until I know I can start lifting weights that will make a difference. No sense doing bicep curls when all I can pull is 75 pounds for six reps.

FUCK! it might be a good idea to have an off day though (maybe sunday) so you dont overtrain your body. working out 7 days a week is not needed for either strength gain, muscle gain or fat loss anyway.

Nah, having two days off to recover is very important at the end of a hard workout week. A lot of programs such as the Texas Method and Madcow's capitalize on this by giving you a new personal record day on Friday (assuming MWF pattern) and volume day on Monday. If you only had one day to recover between your PR and volume days, there is no way the program would last long.

If you really wanted to do it you'd make it work. The other night I went to bed at 4 am. Woke up at 5:15 am to get up, get ready and cook my meals and was in the gym at 630 or so. I had a speech at 9, my learning community (College thing) next, and class until noon. Then at 1:15 I had an english conference with my professor and a haircut at 3. I was supposed to have a night class but no homework= me skipping it to sleep... Regardless I knew I wouldn't have time later in the day so I made it work
