Oha, Kulas Ravine in the mappool - this sounds interesting. Unfortunately the cuppage doesn't say anything about casters. And no ukrainian citizens allowed to play? And there are a lot of other countrys where good players are from aswell which are not listed in the "eligable to play" list. (may be there are some problems regarding shipping the products?)
Anyhow the prizes look good, could be an awesome tournament.

To be fair, it is European , assuming you're actually in South Africa that would pretty much rule you out - sorry!

They can , get yourself registered!
|
why such a random country restriction?
|
sad that they left Belgium out, while all of its bordering countries are in it
|
country selection is annoying to say the least
United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland and Russia
you know europe is a just a tiny bit larger than those countries, granted germany IZ STRONG ESPORTS. disappointing
|
This is the thanks we Americans get for saving all your country's asses in WW2? Gawd!
But on a serious note, why did you exclude so many countries, whats the problem with it ):
|
Do they really think they are going to get 256 players for each qual with those country restrictions?
|
its a european challenge, the restrictions for europe are kinda bad..
But maybe they will make another challenges with other country restrictions^^
|
People who are wondering about the country restrictions...
Europe isn't a single big country like the US is, and every country in europe has different laws when it comes to gambling/competitions that involve prizes. Most countries even have seperate rules (more stricter rules) when it comes to competitions that are hosted in another country.
So in short, you'd need a staff of fulltime lawyers just to make sure what countries are eligable(remember, countries also change their laws from time to time), and if it's a grayzone, it's usually better to exclude that country instead of the risk of getting sued bigtime.

We had one on the LA server with the same prizes
|
Oh come on, I'll be 18 on march...;___;!
I'll follow this tournament nontheless

For Romanians who are asking about why Romania is out. We are out in a lot of esports competitions because the laws in Romania consider video games as gambling.
|
There are alot of good players from Serbia! Why cant they join ?
