Maybe someone just got jealous of all your humbebragging. Wave you busy tomorrow? Keen to see how big a failure I can be again.
Probably not on the weekends. Weekdays are a safe bet until I'm fully recovered so maybe Monday.
Ok sure thing. That kind of time is pretty good for me but don't know how it is for you. I've mixed feeling about wanting you to recover. Does that mean you'll leave me and go to your ungodly hours again?. Can't you recover and still be around ;>
Don't really have any details tbh. Just what's posted by his family on Facebook. He was the epitome of health too. So weird to see someone like that go.
I don't think it's common at all for a parent to say "I love you" to his kids in French. Saying that he loves his kids however is nothing special. We kinda mix like/love for a bunch of things in French and context is what makes the difference. We literally say "I love reading" for example.
We use gradations in case of romantic/friendly stuff, in which case I guess "aimer" becomes "to like" rather than "to love"? Je t'aime -> I love you Je t'aime beaucoup -> I like you a lot (so not quite love, or used as an understatement, which can seem weird considering we add "a lot" to verb already meaning "to love", but it's weaker than straight-up using "to love") Je t'aime bien -> very tricky because of context. At face value it's "I like you" as in, straight "like", not romantic "like/am attracted to", but it's frequently used as an understatement, to tease people, or both at the same time (I'm not really fond of expressing oneself too strongly, and I'd end up saying that to someone after bashing him meaning "I appreciate you in earnest" but that's apparently seen as cold).
Then there's "je t'adore", you don't need me to give a translation for that one, but it's more of a mix of appreciation and gratitude, and it's for someone you're close too but aren't involved romantically with. It's mostly in reaction to something (a gift, a hand lent, a kind remark, etc.).

I mean... Probably? Good news though, I can't start working until the new year so in theory you have me for a while.

Just now? Wow
I know it's Friday but I get overwhelmed by all the new music people link in here and elsewhere and have a hard time trying to find stuff. Reddit has threads of under-appreciated music every so often and this song---I'm going to be listening to this one often.
Mhm, I've been playing a Pokemon fighting like 2 years ago.....
Just beat Divinity Original Sin. Jesus christ, such an great game. Surprised non of my friends have heard/already played it. Thinking of picking up Shadowrun:Hong Kong as another RPG to play now.

If you liked D:OS you should like the Shadowrun games or the Infinity engine games for that matter. Baldur's Gate 2 should be right up your alley.
I was so super hyped when they announced that game. Swen, from Larian studios, called it a fusion of Ultima 7 game world and Fallout 1-2 combat. So I backed it and played it through beta, but the game just didn't live up to the hype for me. The combat was Fallout-like, but the gameworld wasn't even close to Ultima 7. I hope the enhanced edition adds a speed up option to combat and proper day/night and NPC scheduling. Then I'd give it another try.

I'm confused, are you talking about Shadowrun HK or DOS here?
