He's got a beastly azn face. Should go into esports with that face, he'd look good in the jackets. I'm clearly the one in the middle...

Probably because it's a really good song, stop being a hipster. STOPPIT

Not saying it's a bad song, it's just played a lot on the radio. They have better songs than the two most popular (SSLJ and The Distance), but that's usually how it goes.

Damn that Cake band sounds pretty neat, I was just looking for music sounding like that as well.
On that note, do our resident hipsters know any music similar to this? + Show Spoiler +

Whenever wave says he's going to stream it's actually Yanger doing it.

You might like Cobra Starship (specifically their older stuff, I haven't listened to any newer stuff) - When the City Sleeps, We Rule the Streets and ¡Viva La Cobra! are pretty good albums.
Definitely more pop-inclined, though.
annnnnd now I know what I'm listening to today

yay for project scope creep!

I'm all about that scope creep. That's actually really bad when I expand my scope

I think it would be really cool to get to Legendary one time in Hearthstone, but I still don't really have a good enough collection to make the top decks. I guess I'll just stick to being a scrub in this, as in all things.
Except life, I fuckin rock at life. Come at me buds.

Except life, I fuckin rock at life. Come at me buds. I have that same urge each month. Even if you have a few top tier decks with all the cards, it still takes hour and hours to grind you're way up. When I was laddering more the last few months (barely keeping up with quests now) I was happy to get to just shy of rank 5 but recognized if I actually wanted to get through the last five ranks with no win streak bonus it was going to require a few hours a day or some crazy luck.
|
I honestly haven't played since I got gold warrior lol. The ladder system is just too boring. Face the exact same shit all the time.

I've checked Cab and CobShip but yeah, not really what I'm looking for. The only thing that Lockdown song reminds me of is "Ain't got rhythm" from Phineas and Ferb. And that song has been driving me insane because I love that instrumentation combined with the tone, but searching for similar music in Soul, Funk, RnB etc. yielded no results. Guess it helps me appreciate how accessible rock music is, so easy to find a sub-genres that have the sounds I like.
JMT album on the other hand is pretty sweet.

I know I've mentioned it a few times, but Glass Animals' album ZABA is really quite phenomenal. It's very smooth, full bodied English indie rock that I still haven't gotten sick of. There's a lot of depth in the sound and I find myself getting roped into different pieces of it every time I listen. Again, not really sure if it's what you're looking for, but I can't recommend the album highly enough.

Man, there's another group I think is more what you're asking for but I cannot for the life of me remember the name or a lyric to find it with. The name is formatted Something and the Somethings though I think. Urgh.
