I just watched The Act of Killing. FML
Fucking depression food right there. Had to skip some scenes. Watching old men who are seen as heroes in their own country boasting about raping 14 year olds back in 1965 is infuriating.

also call expecting people could get a bluetooth headset that pairs with multiple devices then tell boses its only paired to the phone and its more ergonomic. safety first.... cept i guess the phones in questions don't have bluetooth.

SS is my favorite FE. Though Path of Radiance is quite good too. The 3ds one is also top tier, but I didn't like the whole "Choose your own family" crap they added. It was like pokemon in my FE and I ain't about that life.

Cheep why don't you like SS? I expect a rational argument on this one because that game is FUN to play, reguardless of how much you may not enjoy the story. I find all of the characters in SS to by likable and very much so the best in the series.

nothing to do with the story (which is absurd in its own way but not much more so than some other ones so it's not a big issue) but it was really just a shallow knock off of fe6-7, with no interesting mechanics and vastly reduced difficulty; the removal of a ranking system meant that there is no challenge in the game, and the "optimal" gameplay is to grind 10k turns in tower and get everyone to max level and then faceroll the game
the deviating stories meant that you randomly missed out on half the story which i thought was really silly. it wasnt a choice that introduced something significant to the game, but it was jsut arbitrarily closing off half the cast when you play ephraim and eirika's routes; it's reflective of a larger problem where the developers obviously wanted to have ~choice~ for everything - world map, branched promotions, except it all came short and didnt really accomplish anything. i disliked world map for a game that was essentially fe6-7, and the class system, while good in theory, was meh because in all but a couple cases one choice clearly trumped another
it was basically inferior to fe6-7 in most aspects, and inferior to later FEs in the remaining ones; worst of multiple worlds
in general it was just really easy as i said, the numbers were all whack and all you really do in move your chracters towards the enemy mass and watch them one shot everything z.z
also luna got nerfed and FK THAT SHIT
