It won't after 20 tacos.

When I try to add weight I enjoy dates and pistachios as portable high calorie foods. Keep em around and munch on some to help incorporate additional small meals throughout the day.
Peanut butter or any of the alternatives (cashew, hazelnut whatever you prefer) sandwiches in a baggie are simple to make and fast to eat on the run. Spreading my calories and snacking when given the opportunity is easier than trying to smash food into my mouth in large portions.

Lean mass encompasses more than muscle tissue. Rather than listing everything it is, it's easier to just say it is everything that is NOT fat in your body. Fat people carry far more water due to the nature of fall cells, which means they will indeed have a lot of lean mass in that calculation, but the problem is that when they diet down, they will lose a lot of the lean mass along with their fat mass. This isn't even getting into the awful things you do to your body getting to extreme levels of bodyfat. You're thinking about like, World Strongest Man competitors, superheavy class powerlifters/olympic lifters, off-season olympia level bodybuilders, and offensive lineman/defensive tackles. These are dudes that are just BIG AS FUCK, but would have significant muscle mass if they dieted down(and it's very obvious when you look at them). This is not your average fat person. Being fat doesn't magically create muscle, you have to exert specific stresses on your body while simultaneously feeding it proper nutrition and maintaining a certain hormonal environment to gain muscle mass, it doesn't appear as an afterthought of gaining 70lbs because you ate food while you sat on your ass. Walking around with the added fat will add insignificant levels of muscle, which could very possibly be lost if you dieted down incorrectly, something you are more likely to do when you force yourself to diet down from obesity because you put on terribly sloppy weight. There's a difference between telling someone they need to 'bulk' in a bodybuilding sense, and telling them 'just put on 70lbs eating whatever, worry about getting to the gym later.' That is such a terrible thing to tell anyone. but straight up weight increase will dramatically help him get in the correct zone to start. It's much easier to bulk and cut, than it is to straight hit the goal with his current body. Lifting would probably start after initial 20-30 lb mass gain, then continue bulking straight up to 200, and then cutting down 20-30 lbs.

Honestly eating a fuck ton of tacos never does that to me. Even if it's taco bell grade. Eating that many tacos just makes me really sleepy.

idk, a lot of people apparently get sleepy after food, but whenever I am tired I can just eat smt little and stop feeling tired. It won't help with the general derpiness and lack of focus that comes with lack of sleep though, at least not fully (people who played last EUW IHs know what I mean hahaha)

Bulking is extremely precise and way more than "just eat food yo" If you do that you get diabetes and then you have Tons of Problems

For me if I have a big meal I normally have a lot more energy after digesting it. Only turkey (which is known to cause sleepiness afterwards) and tacos for some reason cause me to be sleepy after eating a lot of it. Might be all the chemicals and shit that are in the taco meat idk lolol. I've never actually made straight up tacos from normal ground beef myself so no idea what "true" quality tacos are like I guess.

Always get sleepy on the job around 3 PM because digestion OP. Even worse when I get on ofhis these big pizzs t the restaurant.
Says it wasn't updated since April 18th. Were you thinking about a part in paricular? The one in security saying "don't talk about security matters in public, Americans are sensible about that and the context with French people isn't good"made me smile (also there are a bunch of cities where we shouldn't even go in apparently).

Speaking of hype, my LoL Mafia game is going into signups pretty soon---like....after the weekend or next week sometime! I'll post again to let people know when the time comes. Earth Spirit pretty cool, his kit is basically a mix of Orianna's and Syndra's for the mechanics, and in effect it has stuff similar to Alistar and Thresh. Looks like his damage falls off somewhat fast, low burst but his cds look super short, especially for DotA.

If you're increasing strength why should you give a shit about if you're increasing mass or not? You guys and your impress bitches by BUSTIN OUT THE GUNS. If Alaric literally had a doctor tell him he needs more muscle to prevent back problems sure he should do some exercise but it doesn't matter if he weighs only 140lbs as long as he's healthy. go pushups and pull ups and squats Alaric, little equipment needed and pretty sure that works pretty much your whole body muscles burn a lot of calories anyway so you'd naturally lose some excess fat unless you started eating tons to gain a lot of mass

Amurikans: Eat massive meals or hard to digest food -->turns you sleepy so your body can concentrate on digesting all this food before it comes out of Uranus. Scip: Body barely sustaining itself on excess elo and starts to turn sleepy to conserve energy-->scip eats-->more calories-->body reverts to normal state
3 PM post lunch slump is just standard circadian rhythm+digestion coming together.
EDIT: speak for urselves bulking way harder than cutting for euronerds

that technique allows me to stay up for 36+ hours with no caffeine or anything else teut, pretty beast. It does have 2 disadvantages though: 1) I get a bit derpy by the end 2) you start questioning your sanity and keep asking "why the fuck am I doing this again?"
|
Sleep is pretty much the best thing ever. Why do you want to stay up for 36 hours?

Sleep is like being dead. Would you like to die Teut? Why are you so suicidal? Just wait I have to go to school soon but I promise we will discuss this just don't do anything you might have regretted later.
|
Well, as a former psychiatric patient, i can say that after being awake for 30 hours, your brain starts taking minor damage. No need to do that to yourself, unless you're suicidal or emo LOL.
