Req, yeah somewhat. Asmo, I know right. Moonbear: 1) I have general business skills, proficient in Office blah blah. I have experience in insurance and regulatory (FDA). My strong points in these areas were logical thought processes, critical decision making (reportability and consistency across various procedures/products and justification of decisions etc.) identifying errors in documents/investigations that are subject to audits. I also do the analysis for my department to monitor trends, raise issues and report metrircs (I actually enjoy this part). I'm currently training to be back-up for a woman about to go on maternity leave at way too short notice, the job is insanely detail-oriented which is fine but you also have to be knowledgeable and aware of a hundred other processes of the business and it's serious business don't screw this up work (like the VP chews you out personally). 2. I enjoyed the analysis stuff using excel, pivots etc. making charts and finding better ways to present the data. I enjoy helping people see things differently, change perspectives. I enjoy physical training. 3. I'm an INTP and I can never make up my mind what I actually want to pursue. I'm going out for a walk, I nearly resigned half an hour ago. | ||
