I'm leaving May 4th.
Thank you jesus. You're leaving for the Peace Corp. or something on the 4th right?
Where exactly are you going again?

I'm doing a private volunteer program now.
First I'm going to Indonesia for a month, then Thailand for 6 months starting in June.

If you've got the system to run it the PC port is solid.

My brother got it, I might be able to try it out via steamshare or whatever the fuck it's called.
Never been a fan of the GTA series though, so I don't think I'd spend money on it, even if it dropped to $5.

So, will I eventually get used to not needing to slam down the keys or am I just typing like a super oaf?

Cloud Atlas Rambo Falling Down Rambo is a jarring choice when placed alongside Cloud Atlas and Falling Down. Did you feel obligated to attempt a “diverse” selection to showcase your expansive horizons and worldliness? In any case, Rambo and Falling Down are actually more similar when considered from a success-of-execution perspective, whereas Cloud Atlas is the outsider due to the unfortunate inability to reach its ambitious goals. I have trouble believing this is a genuine list (since believing so would be accepting a disturbing lack of aesthetic judgment on your part), and would like to ask you to re-submit another selection for review. 3/10, with an asterisk pending another submission. Okay, finally on my computer for a more in depth response than before.
I guess I should probably frame my usual film tastes usually revolve around action films, literally grew up on Arnold Schwarzenegger films, and Jackie Chan flicks. Rambo and Falling down are sort of in line with these growing up, and I was also given writing assignments of which I used these two to base them on, so those were the two that popped up immediately for me when you asked on "deep" movies.
As for Cloud Atlas, it was a choice between that and Life of Pi, probably the only 2 films of recent memory that I've watched that had pretty large film endeavors that weren't action flicks. Personally thought Life of Pi was far more visually appealing than it was "deep", though the same could be same for Cloud Atlas, but I felt the scale of which they were trying to achieve was far more ambitious, even if the movie had some critical flaws. Also it was fun to see how each actors were portrayed in different timelines.
There are definitely some that I could have included, like One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Matrix, Spirited Away, Run Lola Run, American Psycho, Apocalypse Now, Coming to America, Old Boy, Spirited Away, Full Metal Jacket, etc etc.

No time to evaluate everyone else in detail but just want it known that Eppa! has objectively good taste.
You should watch After School and Boy A if you liked Elephant and Il y a longtemps que je t'aime respectively. Also We Need To Talk About Kevin.

that's not having good taste though it's just knowing what good taste would be

I'd only consider like one of those movies as a personal favorite of mine TBH. But it's still a good collection.

It's well made and it's a good cross between Elephant and Il y a longtemps que je t'aime.
