Oh god. I guess this is when it starts getting difficult. I wasn't properly hydrated before I started, but enough with the johns. Had to stop with 3 1/2 minutes left for the day to take a break. Sat down, drank 1/2L of water, and then finished the remaining time. I'm hitting around 3k at my current pace. Depending how I feel at the end of this week, I might redo it.

Probably going to aim to do shorter mile time right now, bring it down to 7 min is my goal for now.

I love the Dota desks. I feel like something like that happens all the time and then they get slowly faded out as they try to backpedal. So good.

ESPN3 are the people who have a must watch game, or people who want to know everything in sports that is going on. Liquid dota is also probably 50% under 20 at least. and ESPN 3 is mostly used by college sports.

This particular day, one of the assistant coaches came down and timed us. I've always hated running, but it was nice finishing 3rd out of the team, just behind the dude who would be co-captain with me a couple years later haha.

I was focusing only on running at the time, so good job for someone who focuses on gymnastics. And Tabata can go fuck himself, those trainings kill me. Pretty cool draft this game. I love Ember Spirit and Puck.
