C9 really can't afford to give bone7 anything but a high impact teamfighting hero. | ||

Even if you think C9's Clock is banworthy, you definitely hold that ban for 2nd phase, because they aren't picking it phase 1. Ban the Doom(or SS or whatever). | ||
