That 10-8-6 seems hard as heck without exercise Soniv, I just looked up tuck-up and v-up. O_o Easily doable at home so I should prob add that to what I already do, though. Would require a lot of warming up not to destroy yourself at the first move what with how brutal it seems. As long as I can build some strength (not nice-looking shit without strength, actual strength) and get rid of that stomach fat, anyway... Yes, 10-8-6 is quite hard, even for me (when I was more in shape I did 12-10-8s). I wouldn't recommend it for people who haven't worked out with any regularity. I'd start with like a 8-6-4 or even a 6-4-2 until those are easy enough to move up. Tailor it to your needs. A while back I gave ShakeDrizzle a whole list of body resistance conditioning things that I could dig up if you'd like. Those are my specialty more than actual weight training. Weight to muscle ratio is what's actually important. | ||
