I actually couldn't do real push ups for the longest time, had to do the knee push ups (don't know what they're called it's when you put your knees to the ground instead of of your feet) for a few months before I could attempt like 5 real push ups in a row. Shit takes time.

Well even with a muscular build, I don't wanna sound mean, but 100kg for 1m80 is classified as class I obesity. So maybe you're not fat, but you're definitely obese :/

I could do crunches and whatever else just fine but push ups were my kryptonite.

So maybe you're not fat, but you're definitely obese :/ If you follow those silly BMI charts, yeah. However, they are very poor at actually defining anything. If I was to follow those charts and magically get down to my highschool weight when I was a lean and in shape guy, I would still be classified as "overweight." To get to a "normal" weight based on those charts, I would literally have to starve myself.

LOL I crossed into overweight territory these past few months. Hard-earned overweight status.

But if you only have a normal activity, it's pretty accurate. I'm also always on the verge of overweight (1m75/75kgs) but well yeah I do eat quite a fucking lot. When I workout hard I can go up to 80kgs for a few months, but not much more. Dunno, I guess American standards are pretty different than here.

People think I work out and I haven't lifted a weight in close to 3 months.
