You guys have some whack ass shit. I was just struggling in Intro to Marketing. It was a dedicated business school (Kogod's ranked top 60 or something), though it for some reason they combined comp sci into the school, and that class served as a mandatory course for both, or something. It was definitely tailored towards business majors though, I will say that much. There was someone in that class who did comp sci and finished faster than I did. I pushed myself to finish before her every lab, only to fail consistently. Damn her! I think it's because business schools are ranked based on the actual connections they can provide an alumni, moreso than the rigor of the coursework.

Anyway, My reason for posting is that my job is basically going to have me working for eight hours a day on my laptop, and I find that I'm usually much more productive when I'm listening to music. So I was wondering if you guys had any playlists to send me because I'm going to need a boatload of music to get me through the summer. Preferences for music is video game music and orchestrated music (orchestrated video game music is the best though!) But don't worry too much about the genre of music, I just need a lot of anything. Thanks!

Part of it is having professors that prefer long papers, but I'm attending American which is currently one of the top schools for IR, so the program is pretty rigorous. Prep for grad school I guess. I took a business course once and gaped at how easy those fkers have it compared to IR majors in my school. -.- They could CGI Harry Osborn some non-emo vaguely european hairstyle. Even after the disaster that was Green Lantern, it would still be better than whatever that toupee was on his head. mfw IR major complaining that life is hard.

We hung out at her office for a bit while she finished up work (and I'm never without a DS or two), and then we got Korean BBQ. My favorite part of KBBQ is all the sides that come with it, there's always something to munch on and mix and match. They had this dish of like itty bitty fishies that were delicious. Exciting news on the 40k front though, since we're starting to get rumors about the 6.5/7 edition. Apparently sideboarding is coming to the core 40k rulebook. So you have a core list, and then 2-5 (depending on points) "sideboarded" detachments. Before deployment, one person picks which sideboard to add to their army, and then the other person picks theirs. This, to me, is great. Rather than trying to write one generalized list that can take on all comers or writing a list every time you're meeting for a specific matchup, you can create a solid core and then make sideboards for different enemy types. That's fantastic and, if the rumor is true, is gonna add quite a bit of strategic decision making and counter play to the game. But of course, rumors.

![]() This and that are the 2 playlists I use, then again I started adding stuff to my "favourites" playlist either because it was obscure or because it had a name I wouldn't be able to type in my history or the search bar from memory, eg. mostly touhou remixes with Japanese ideograms in them. Sooo... let's say they're biased (well at least the "folk arranges" one is pretty clear about it). Apart from that I just type names of stuff I know then navigate from there using the related videos. Listened to a bunch of Iron Maiden and Blue Oyster Cult that way this week and last. Also SSB Brawl music 'cause Ashley's Song and Song of Storms are awesome (Tal Tal Heights doesn't make it justice tho T_T).

shush stem, I have 20 pages+ of papers to write in 20 hours, and another 20 pages to edit. And besides, I know the truth. My friend graduated after a 3 year degree in comp sci. He spends his time working at home surfing reddit, and smoking pot in Washington. Cushy well-paid job from microsoft, damn him, DAMN HIM

Thanks! Playlists online, or things to download? I really can't stop shilling Deathmole enough, melodic metal with no vocals for me is just like the best thing to focus with. Here's a quick Grooveshark playlist I made, should be most things aside from their latest album (Permanence, which is BRILLIANT). Noteable standouts in that playlist include Lightning Background, 2-Step, Two Chord, Fighting off the Emus, The Pyrrhic Victory of the Unicorn Prince, Unicorn Waltz, Sheep Dirge, Horus, and basically the entire album Absent Gods & Creatures Foul. Fanboying aside, Red Hot Chili Peppers are my other go-to focus music.

When I really just want to focus on work and have music in the background, I like listening to Chillstep/Downtempo/Trip Hop (whatever you wanna call it). There are some really good playlists on Youtube. Here's one.
