My shoulders/wrists, neck etc are pretty flexible. My hams/ankles are horrible. When I started working out I couldn't even fully squat... But I've never has problems with for example the powerclean position. I could stick my elbows forward from the day I started practicing. I wanna try yoga out, but still a little bit too much of a pussy to go do it. I'll probably start next year of uni, I'll have finished my goal of running a 10k by then. | ||

i never even realized there was a thing as ankle flexibility i remember towards the end of high school i was getting something from the locker on the ground and id just squat down i guess and someone was like "dude isnt that uncomfortable" I didn't really understand it wasnt till my sister told me about people not being able to squat down fully did i realize it was a thing | ||

I'm still trying to assimilate to being a normal person. Having an extra 3-5 hours a day to do whatever the hell I wanted was a huge shock at first. This has been remedied by work, but still having no practice or external responsibilities is weird to me. You nerds wouldn't understand. | ||
