Lucian already is pretty big in Korea, he's really strong.

Lucian's just the latest lane bully. People underestimate how much damage he can get out of his passive if used properly.
I'm still not sold on his late-game. It's much harder to weave auto-attacks and abilities in team fights, especially with only 550 range. Maybe if I watch how the Koreans play him I'll change my mind.

If there's one general advice I can give all our lowbies, it's learn basic item builds.
It's so imperative that you know how to build the champions you play otherwise any advantage you build up during the game is wasted.
If you're ever unsure about how to build a champion in a game (because it should differ each game), just ask!
