it's like 3-4 easy wins on my way up to 100 LP, i always get mid in these games, the kills and victory screens come easily. then i hit 100LP and it's like i go into bizarro world. i'm always last pick, i'm almost always verbally abused just for asking for mid, i always get put into a role i'm less good at (like support or jungle), and my team is always full of mouth-breathers. easy 0-2, then i drop to 65 points and the cycle repeats. today's attempt was especially terrible 2 diana stomps, 1 kass stomp -> enter series game 1: last pick. "mid please it's my best role" some dude on my team: "lol no way man, i'm just climbing the ranks, plus look at my recent matches! i'm going mid" other dude who picked riven fp as our enemy picks olaf: "lol this guy is clearly using lolcounter, and thinks olaf beats riven. this matchup is so easy" i jungle udyr, invade, steal enemy blue, riven refuses to back off of it, takes my exp "i need this exp to all-in," immediately dies to olaf (despite having redpot and level advantage wat). meanwhile i get fucked by lack of exp and fall further behind. riven keeps feeding, afks for a bit, comes back to KS then dies again, etc etc. meanwhile our godlike climbing the ranks mid keeps diving in 1v4 "to stop their backs." le sigh game 2: 4th pick. ask for mid. get told that i'm verbally abusing our first pick by asking him to let me go mid and that i will be reported. end up top shen against singed. basically win the lane at level 1, but i made a slight misplay and didn't capitalize on a kill i could have gotten. regardless, i'm still up 30 cs with no deaths by level 6 and enemy amumu has spent at least 2 levels camping me to no success. bot lane is 0-4, jungler is 0-1. i teleport to save our trist and pick up a kill, singed takes 2 towers, trist dies anyway. singed gets huge from split pushing, bot lane finishes 1-9 and 1-9, jungle finishes 1-5, and our mid ahri spends every fight diving their support because "new faker meta" 100% guarantee i win my next 3 games getting diana/kass/liss and then the cycle will repeat. i mad bro | ||
