I seriously cant stay in Silver 1 to save my life. I get there and proceed to get the worst tops and mids in the world. I don't know how riven loses to nidalee pre 6, and I don't know how diana loses to TF post 6. I'm really tired of getting Silver 1 then proceeding to go on a 3 game losing streak just to get demoted again.

Four things:
I. Playing ranked 5x5 at Gold Division V. Getting matched only vs. platin players and lose horribly 5 times in a row - WTF?!
II. Purple side sucks. If it's Golem advantage for the bot lane or gank advantage for the jungler - it's just ridicoulus.
III. Everything that rushes Warmog's ist just unkillable midgame if you are the AD carry. Autohits only tickle while enemy Ellise % damages you to death.
IV. Top lane is so incredibly jungler reliant it's just too frustrating if your jungler never comes and the enemy jungler fucks up the lane completely.

-Win bot lane like 8-3 on average
-Lose game cuz rest of team can't teamfight or is just bad
-Enemy bot lane thinks their hot shit

The final game of my promotion series largely got decided by a support Thresh who decided to run ignite, then refused to ward dragon (or the exit to the enemies wraithes) for like 20 minutes because "it was pinked" thereby making it impossible for me to push as Cait, while we kept getting wrecked 5v4. -.-

Jungle Taric got a lot worse with S3 jungle - Teutonica used to play it quite a lot prior to jungle changes.

Garen top - ended 5/2/11. Lost.
Team raging and flaming, bot failing. I tell them to stop rage and play, bot kicks some ass and goes positive k/d, we start teamfighting, win a couple fights take some towers.
People overextending everywhere, getting caught 2v5 blah blah, raging and dying i tell them to stop getting caught, play as one, listen to my calls.
All that creates is a more raging cesspool of retards
they see me taking top inhib while they push our mid (my team died anyways) they ping like crazy "go go go garen" - then all 4 of them go bot and die 4v5 under a tower. "Wtf garen why werent you with us?!?!?! fucking noob rarara" - well, i had to escape from 3 people coming top, go back and buy, then come to you, when you were already across the map. Gtfo?
I gave up the game after that and refused to be nice or try very hard, it ended 3 minutes later.

Next game, i get a bit destroey top, but it's okay, i am Vi. Losing the lane 10 cs down and 1/4 means nothing. Teamfights start, we slowly get back. I have warmogs, black cleaver and Bulwark and i can bathe in them. In the end, their ez yells to report his team, cuz of noobs. He was the one getting caught in every single teamfight, never kiting, always having me in his face. He lost it. I hate it so much if people can not admit their mistakes, once.
Also, i have dropped so low since start of the season, that i was the only player with a warmogs in both team? How is that evne possible?

Final placement match. My elo on lolking was 1224 last I saw. I was hoping to place low silver and join some friends in their division. Everyone requests a role and I cheerfully offer to support. I try to be positive all the time 
My cait was horrendous. Told me to be more aggressive as nunu against Graves/Voli or we'll lose lane. I end up having nearly as much cs as her because I cs while she's dead...
Top dies repeatedly, jungle dies repeatedly, mid holds their own but it was pretty much over. Place in Bronze 1. I'm really just bummed out. I could have played it better. I could have called a role I can play better with (jungle or ad) but it is what it is. Just here for the therapy

Never play Nunu or soraka unless you absolutely KNOW your AD is good. You can carry botlane hard with some supports, like Sona/Lulu/Leona/Zyra/Thresh. Others like Soraka or Nunu completely depend on your AD doing the right things. Don't play them.

Thanks Simberto. I'm trying to approach this learning from every game and improving. I think you have a point. I landed 3 full ults on 2+ ppl. Managed an assist out of it. Playing bo5 for diamond.Go 2/3.Every game I lost my top laner went roughly ~2/10 at best.Had a full build kayle on enemy team in minute 30.Too bad being 2 items ahead of enemy ad doesn't really mean you'll win :/.FML

IMO Leona is not a good support to play SoloQ. She's semi all-in whenever she makes plays (unless you're ulting) and depends a lot on ADC follow up. I've had so many games where I have a Graves (fucking Leona Graves man, how brainless i that combo) where I EQW the enemy and my Graves is busy last hitting instead of reacting.

The situation you describe with Graves is only more exaggerated when you get the same response from your ad carry while baiting as nunu. Honestly all I wanted my ad to do was farm but he insisted on being aggressive against graves/voli :\
