Although getting to level 30 will mean you'll only have the IP for your rune pages and maybe 4-5 6300 ip champions... but still! So free! | ||

So free! herpderp as long as you don't have any sort of handicap that's unsurmountable without irl money currency, a game will be legitimately free it makes sense that you're always short if you use only ingame currency, but if you spend it wisely you'll have most likely the same chances to win a game as someone who spent loads of real money on his account the only real handicap is that your margin of error is very very narrow, but you can always fix that by making 10 smurfs with 10 free hotmail accounts and fuck around with them until you get to know all you wanted to | ||
