I don't know about other people, but I'd really like to see Riot put in a ward gold spent/gained from killing bar that can be toggled on and off in spectator, akin to the workers/workers killed in S2. I think it could be really eye opening to the lesser buying ward inclined. | ||

It looks like a great place to work. Having alcohol and time to play a game every day really got me intrigued. I think this means people get less work done but there are far worse business practices all across the industry. But it makes for happier employees. I have to wonder how much of the tour was just for show and how much the Riot offices were really like that. Riot has a motto that it isn't how much time you put in, but rather how much you get done. This could be the reason why the shop still causes lag whenever you open it, and why you can't search for items with it. But the company is still making money or at the very least breaking even. The employees are making money and having fun. It's hard to say the company isn't successful just because of that. | ||

Having been in there a couple times (I work close to Riot), their offices are pretty much like that. LoL gaming doesn't really happen in working hours, but after people finish work there's always someone up for a couple of matches. The exceptions are when a new champ is finish they'll play him in office-wide betas or the designers will obviously be playtesting champs they're making. | ||
