Korean Starcraft League Summer Slam Qualifiers

Winning 4 players are eligible for $25 each and will advance to the main event playoffs to
battle ByuN, Maru, Gumiho, and CURE in the RO16!

The Qualifier is at 6PM KST / 11AM CEST / 5AM EST / 2AM PST

Maru should be the favorite up until the finals: RagnaroK into Classic, then one of ByuN/Solar/Scarlett?

He might be, but I give Dark/herO/Cure a far bigger chance of beating him than any player from the bottom side of the bracket, so the finals should be less predictable at least

Goddamn it, Maru lost 3 games in the tournament to the same damn bane bust all-in, why the hell does he not realize just build a bunker for safety.

This 4 rax build seems incredibly bad: each time I see it, the zerg does not really expect it but can defend it easily with just queens (that they are massing either way), then the terran is really behind.
Congrats to Dark, dominated KSL this season

Dark made several Roaches at the right timing so its not just the Queens, but its true thats becoming the standard counter build to the early Marine all-in. I think only Byun and Maru really try to do such builds these days,imo the proxy 2-3 racks marines is higher risk but also higher reward.

It's weird that Dark has been overall lackluster in ZvT this year but is still 50-50 vs Maru.

Dark has just been inconsistent but hes back in top shape, at least in ZvT. Today he completely destroyed Cure and Byun in Open Cup and it wasnt close.
