Maru was in absurd TvZ form at Katowice which he clearly hasn't been since. His more recent TvZ record is pretty bad. 0-3 loss to Solar, 0-2 Lambo, and losses to Dark/Reynor. No one else has particularly dominant TvZ at the moment either. Clem lost 0-3 to solar at HSC and also has recent losses to Lambo/scarlett. He actually is on a 0-7 match streak vs solar with most of those being clean sweeps from solar and they are all fairly recent matches. Gumiho and Oliveira are extremely inconsistent. Byun has his wrist issues. Cure might be the best TvZ at the moment and he's only 60% in TvZ this year. Terrans just do better in GSL than other events. Likely due to being able to optimize and prep their build orders. | ||

Saying how dead / behind Cure was being on one base, meanwhile the worker count was even, tech ahead for Cure, with no way for Astrea to close things out. Like it was a messy game sure, but I never felt Cure was dead / even very behind? | ||

I feel that Astrea was in very good position when he deny Cure from the natural, but then he completely dropped the ball on his own defense, 3 Marines and a Raven kill 20 Probes? Would be hilarious and amazing. It's possible, though I heavily favor Cure over herO (and think his chances against Dark are pretty good too.) Solar also often underwhelms in GSL, but at least he only has one MU to practice. I think we get 3T and one of Dark/herO, but Solar making it through wouldn't surprise me either. We may well get another season with zero ZvZs. | ||
