IMO not without archons or more colossi. The whole point of SCVs is to waste the charge and deal damage while only workers die. You need to evaporate the SCVs ASAP. This whole technique is based on the fact that the main damage dealers are chargelots and you turn them off.

But maybe a location that far away just makes it too late

I mean I suppose warping capital ships are a regular fixture in space opera/soft sci-fi (Warhammer, Stargate, Star Trek, BSG) so StarCraft is far from alone in having big ships teleporting, but it's really weird from a gameplay perspective. Never sat well with me design-wise.

The only way for a spaceship to move between stellar systems on human timescales is to do so at faster than the speed of light (somehow). If you try to do the same over short distances like on a Starcraft map, that's basically teleport. It follows logically that everything that is also capable of similar space travel should have the same ability. For example, every Zerg unit and most Protoss Stargate units.

I have to say, I don't think it was a great performance from him even if he got out of the group in first place. He's gonna get killed in the RO16 with that kind of play. I still don't think he's playing at his absolute best level in GSL Code S yet, compared to what he's shown us in some online evnets.

Also sOs is the most overrated player in the recent times in my opinion, even when he gets ro16 no one wants to pick him but in reality he ends up bombing out unconvincingly (if he hasn't done so already in ro32/24 like today). While he's made some finals and semis, it's been half a decade since his last premier win, so I just wish the whole "2-time world champion" narrative wouldn't be forced upon EVERY match he plays. I'm saying this as a fan of sOs, but it's just embarrassing to see him lose so one-sidedly after the whole "you literally cannot prepare against him" hype...
