Shame that it didn't work out the way it was supposed to be, but really hope that this doesn't mean we get no other tournaments with EPT points on the line outside of the ones already announced

Thanks Naruto for all you do for our community. I hope there are going to be alot more Tournaments that give out EPT points in the future ![]() Hopefully also HSC 22 as well. I think this was the right call, give the short notice Players had. It s ashame Parting allready pulled out of this, probably because of no points. I hope he s going to remain the only one and that the other Pros respektyour decision, wich you made out of Fairness. I also hope, that ESL listens and give Back Supet Tournament points because of this. In my eyes they have done great work so far, but that decision was an obvious mistake :/

His group would have been at 4:15am but there is really not a perfect solution for everyone. To be fair I mentioned to players (especially Koreans) that the event might be bad/nighttime for time ![]()

Group F has 4 europeans and its scheduled to start 3 hours before PartinG's group. Probably flipping those 2 groups would have made him happy.

Cant blame him for pulling out because his group was at 4am. Group F has 4 europeans and its scheduled to start 3 hours before PartinG's group. Probably flipping those 2 groups would have made him happy. He could have asked for that instead of pulling out.. I m pretty sure, there would have been away somehow..

But my (and I suppose everyone else's) criticism was never aimed at TakeTV, but rather at ESL. I can understand that things are difficult because of corona, but it would be nice to have heard something from them. But surely they're learning as they go and a similar situation would be handled differently in the future.

Who had to wait 8 hours? Also its not always so simple. The PartinG group is a lot more interesting for the main stream compared to group F. Also I feel like with clear communication he had every chance to commit and say no he doesn't want to. The 2nd day starts at 7PM Korean time and is 12-14 hours as well, so there is no way avoiding playing during the night anyways. But we will have a great tournament regardless. DnS replaces PartinG and Denver replaces Dark.

TaKeTV / TaKe will cover the following groups: 12:15PM CEST - Group A 3:15PM CEST - Group C 6:15PM CEST - Group E 9:15PM CEST - Group G If we need, we will show group H as well. Group H is played the same time as group A+B and not shown on any stream/no results posted and will be prepared with spoilerfree replays for casters. If we don't need the time on the mainstream, it will be Wardis last group. Wardi will be covering: 12:15PM CEST - Group B 3:15PM CEST - Group D 6:15PM CEST - Group F 9:15PM CEST - Group H (if needed here) best regards!

Totally as a Blizzard and Esl major, I am aiming for the destruction of the holy korean scene /s Take is working his ass since 10 years in order to give us good tournaments and as pointed ou by Naruto, players knew they were trying to get ept points so, if you're that much engaged with justice, there is nothing wrong with this particular attribution.
