Well, it's the European elite minus Serral / Reynor (usually) playing in these. It's pretty exciting to see some top tier PvT and TvT. To be honest, the other Zerg players don't really stand a chance against Clem/Heromarine/Showtime/Mana from what it looks like in these weekly cups. But I guess the same would be true if the top 2 players of the other races were missing as well. edit: GG wp HeroMarine!
It could be a bit better as Uthermal barely plays em, Drogo skips them most of the time and has Elazer even played a single one?! Those are guys that can beat a showtime/Clem/Heromarine who make it to the final most of the time which would be a nice changeup. But other than that its pretty stacked, hope reynor also plays a couple again here and there to spice things up.

ForGG signed up to the Americas cup (and is streaming) which is pretty exciting.

I feel like DTs need to be tweaked - when they are massed w/ blink in the late game, it feels a bit too powerful, given they have such high burst DPS

Maxpax will be the best toss in a few years if the game is still around

His offbeat aggressive style still seems like it's not the most stable style in the long term, but he is improving fast. He's either going to be the next best toss or the next Lucifron.

In any case, protoss is by far the race where unconventional players have had the most success

Early Reynor was quite agressive as well. And sOs and parting are both examples of super strong agressive Protoss, so there is defnatly a lot of potential for him

If only Big Gabe was as good in other tournaments as he is in the ESL weekly

With GTC going on right now and GSL starting this week the Koreans Open Cup looks pretty empty once again after quite a long streak of tough competitions lately

Bly 2-0'ing Elazer while Kas beats Neeb. Talk about a drought.. Good thing there is DH NA soon again for Neeb which he will probably win again, but his level of play hasnt been great at all for a while now

Astrea looked way better than him during the War Chest Team League, so there's potential for the upset this DH NA.

Iirc Neeb lost every game in the War Chest TL. Astrea played amazing beating great players (Astrea vs Cure was amazing).

Astrea vs. Dream in War Chest Team League was one of the most entertaining games I have ever seen. Impressive play by both.

Wow, Kas made impressive run
